These Terms & Conditions govern your access to the UNEE platform, ticketing ecosystem, and community management software.

Eligibility & Conduct

You must be at least 13 years old to use our tools. You agree to provide accurate registration info and strictly abide by our Community Guidelines highlighted above.

Content & Licensing Rights

You own the content you create, upload, or post on UNEE. However, by publishing it on our platform, you grant UNEE a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and feature that content to help promote your events or communities.

Event Organizers & Ticketing

If you host an event on UNEE, you are solely responsible for its safety, logistics, and legal compliance.

•UNEE acts as a technology intermediary for discovery and ticketing optimization.
•We do not guarantee attendance, event quality, or creator-side execution.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UNEE shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages stemming from offline user interactions, event incidents, service disruptions, or disagreements between community members. You participate in physical gatherings at your own discretion.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by, interpreted, and enforced under the laws applicable in the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
